- You will be required to learn face painting, balloon twisting, 6-8 kids magic tricks, dance routines, puppets routines and games. Full training and ongoing support will be provided time to time to improve/update skills.
- Make yourself available for training, picking stock/supplies and equipment when required.
- Meeting and greeting all customers with warm and inviting manner. Also ensuring everyone has positive and comfortable experience.
- Keeping lines of kids in well organised manner at events.
- Arriving at events 5-10 minutes early to setup station.
- Work under pressure situations involving time management.
- Ability to deal with difficult customers and handle guests complaints calmly and professionally.
- Keeping the kit clean and sanitised during and after the events/parties.
- Diverting all inquiries during events to companies website and company phone number/ not handing out your private number/details.
- Collecting cash from customers and keeping record of it.
